Shin-chan discovers kung fu and immediately makes it stupid in the best way possible. Shin-chan sets out to take on kung fu in Aiya Town, the Chinatown district of Kasukabe city. Together with his friends in the Kasukabe Defence Force, Shinnosuke plans to stage a kung fu challenge performed entirely without stunts. The result is a feature-length comedy film from the Crayon Shin-chan franchise, built around kung fu and set among the streets of Kasukabe's Chinatown.
