The show is about a kid catching up to everyone else through pure refusal to quit, armed with a legendary machine that demands respect. Every battle matters because he's one loss away from being the kid who got lucky, not the kid who earned it.

Mahha Masaru dreams of joining in Crush Gear fights with everyone else, but he has no Crush Gear of his own. Then a sudden opportunity puts a legendary Crush Gear in his hands, one that looks much like the gear once used by Kouya Marino.
