Hinomaru Yonkurou owns the Emperor, a minicar left to him by his late father. He leads a mini 4WD racing team called Dash Warriors, and the group enters the mini 4WD championship, where they must beat racers from Death Corp to take the title. The races run across imaginative courses, and the story gradually turns to the question of what the Emperor really is. The sports series is adapted from a manga by Tokuda Zaurusu that ran in Monthly CoroCoro Comic.
