Her body can shift into a range of flashy disguises, each granting its own special ability. With her allies, Honey looks into the schemes of Panther Claw, a secret criminal society she has vowed to bring down. Meanwhile, the villainous Sister Jill wants the device that lets Honey transform, and she goes undercover as Inspector Genet to get close to her.
