The animation leap from the first film is immediate and undeniable, movement flows where it stuttered before, and the backgrounds breathe with actual depth instead of feeling painted on. SYNOPSIS
Nine artificially enhanced humans stand as humanity's last defense against a shadowy military outfit flooding the globe with colossal dinosaur-shaped war machines. These cyborgs, each engineered with unique combat abilities, must hunt down the organization orchestrating the attacks before civilization crumbles under the weight of mechanical monsters ravaging populated cities.
