Joe Shimamura and the other cyborgs come into conflict with the Bresudo, a group gifted with superhuman abilities and intellect who have secretly steered human history since ancient times. What the Bresudo want remains unknown, and almost nobody believes they exist. Since the founding of the UN Guardian troops, the cyborgs have been released from protecting humanity and now lead peaceful lives. American journalist Lucie Davenport travels to Texas to reach a particular family, and there she meets the cyborgs. This action sci-fi film is the second in the rebooted franchise.
