This is a finale that understands what it costs to win. The Dancouga team doesn't stride into the alien dimension as heroes, they go in knowing they might not come back, that saving Earth means fighting on enemy ground where every rule is inverted. The OVA earns its title by treating victory not as triumph but as the weight of what has to be sacrificed to survive, which gives the mecha combat actual stakes instead of spectacle.

The Dancouga team is getting ready for its last clash with Zorbados, its longtime enemy. To protect Earth for good, the pilots have to cross into the strange red dimension the alien invaders call home. They must battle their way into that realm before they can launch a final attack, and taking the fight onto enemy ground will demand every bit of their strength and cleverness. This one-episode mecha OVA serves as the closing chapter of the series, mixing action with drama.
