The Entertainment District arc exists for one reason: to show you what a fight looks like when a studio decides animation is the only truth that matters. Every sequence from episode 5 onward is choreographed like Ufotable is proving something to the entire medium. You stop caring about plot holes because you're too busy watching demons and Hashira move through space in ways that shouldn't be possible on a 2D screen.

Still shaken by the Mugen Train incident, Tanjirou and his fellow demon slayers take on a dangerous mission in the Yoshiwara Entertainment District, where a vicious demon preys on the women of the town. Tengen Uzui, the flashy Sound Hashira, has lost touch with his three wives, who were already investigating there. He recruits Tanjirou, Zenitsu and Inosuke to slip into the district's leading houses and track down an Upper Rank Demon. The season is a supernatural action fantasy adapted from Koyoharu Gotouge's manga.
