Dr. Chichibuyama runs a hospital far out in the mountains, and he is a pervert who makes life miserable for the patients in his care. He does not work alone: his lover and an attractive young nurse help him torment whoever comes through the door. Adapted from a manga by Tanaka Keiichi, the ecchi short aired in 1988 across 17 episodes of about five minutes each, broadcast within the All Night Fuji program block.
