SYNOPSIS
A boy thief named Dororo crosses paths with Hyakkimaru, a mysterious wanderer stripped of his humanity by a dark curse. Hyakkimaru's body is incomplete, stolen piece by piece as payment for a devil's bargain made before his birth. Only by hunting down and destroying the 48 demons responsible can he reclaim what was taken from him and become whole again. Dororo joins this quest, and together they travel through a violent, supernatural landscape where monsters lurk at every turn. The partnership is unlikely but essential: Dororo brings cunning and street smarts while Hyakkimaru wields lethal combat skills born from desperation.
