The sickness is real but invisible, rooted in something the patient won't admit to themselves. Ramune doesn't heal bodies, he breaks the lie the person built their whole life around. Each episode is a small exorcism disguised as a medical consultation, where the diagnosis cuts deeper than any scalpel because it names the thing you've been running from.

A brilliant doctor named Ramune operates outside the bounds of conventional medicine, treating illnesses that don't show up in textbooks or respond to standard treatment. His patients suffer from bizarre physical symptoms with no discernible medical cause, their bodies manifesting the weight of psychological trauma and emotional anguish. What sets Ramune apart isn't a spotless bedside manner or traditional credentials. He's crude, unpredictable, and carries himself like someone who doesn't belong in a hospital. Yet the moment he listens to a patient's story, something shifts. He cuts through the noise and finds the wound beneath the wound, the buried hurt that's poisoning them from within. Ramune and his apprentice work case by case, encountering people whose minds have twisted their reality into sickness. Each encounter becomes a puzzle of human suffering, requiring equal parts intuition and unconventional thinking to solve. The line between psychological and supernatural blurs as they discover that sometimes the scariest illnesses originate not from the body, but from the fractured pieces of the human heart.
