Arale and the Professor barrel through a globe-spanning race with the same ridiculous energy Akatsuka brings to every panel, landing jokes about physics, technology, and pure absurdity that still work because the timing is immaculate. You're not here for narrative depth. You're here to watch a robot girl break the world in ways that make you laugh before your brain catches up.

Arale and her friends hear about a World Grand Prix hosted by the Radial Kingdom, and the winner may choose between two prizes: marriage to Princess Front, who looks exactly like Ms. Yamabuki, or a million dollars. The group signs up with the cash in mind. Dr. Mashirito wants the princess and will do anything to take first place. Princess Front has a scheme of her own that involves Ms. Yamabuki, and that is enough to pull Dr. Slump into the contest as well, along with his dependable Borobo. The third Dr. Slump film is a comedy built around this round-the-world race.
