This is a 90-minute fever dream where Bubblegum Crisis characters race alongside Riding Bean's Johnny Midoh through impossible obstacle courses, and the entire thing moves at a pace that doesn't bother explaining itself because the point is chaos, not sense. If you've lived in any of these worlds, you recognize your people doing ridiculous things on purpose. The joke is that it exists at all, and somehow that's enough.

Genom stages a race, and whoever crosses the line first takes home the Genom Trophy, a prize everyone treats as prestigious for reasons nobody quite explains. The entrants include Priss on her Motoroid, Linna and Nene, Sylia and Mackie, and even a Boomer, alongside characters from Gall Force, Genesis Survivor Gaiarth, A.D. Police and Riding Bean. Every racer is willing to go to any length to claim victory. What follows is a Wacky Races style free-for-all drawn in super-deformed style, a comedic sci-fi sports romp built on sheer silliness. Knowing the source franchises adds to the fun, though the gags are broad enough to land without them. Pure, unapologetic cartoon bedlam.
