After a secret ritual is interrupted, five Enlightened cards scatter across Japan. Shobu Kirifuda holds one of them, a card he received from his father. Shori Kirifuda and five other duelist hunters are after him. Shobu must also battle Luna and Mikado Kozuki, descendants of the Chosen Ones known as Yaesar, who can control God power. The film mixes duels with action, adventure, and comedy.
