A hero agency that helps legendary warriors learn how to be normal people is funnier than it has any right to be. Karon keeps trying to solve everyday problems like she's still saving worlds, and Uro's exhausted attempts to teach her that a broken vending machine doesn't require a battle stance is the show's entire comedic engine. The chemistry between them carries what could have been a one-joke premise into something genuinely charming, even if the story itself doesn't quite know where to go after the setup lands.
Uro Yamada is part of the Hero Retirement and Return to Everyday Life Assistance Agency, an organization that brings heroes back to Earth from another world and helps them settle into ordinary life. His partner on the job is Karon, a seventeen-year-old girl who was once a hero herself. She works under him on their cases and also lives with him. Uro keeps trying to teach her how ordinary people behave, but he never quite manages to curb her heroic habits. The story is a single-episode fantasy OVA.
