Centuries ago, China teemed with magical spirits, and the Exorcists who could draw on their power stood guard against the Great Diablo, a demon that appears once every thousand years. During the Han Dynasty, a disaster called The Oblivion made every spirit disappear in a single night, and the Exorcists lost their abilities. Much later, constant war between the Qin and Jin Kingdoms leaves the land full of the bitter spirits of the fallen, and their resentment fuels the demon's revival. Chen Xing, the only Exorcist still alive, carries a magical artifact called the Lamp of the Heart within his soul. He sets out for Xiangyang City to find Xiangshu, the one fated to join him against the demon. At sixteen, he has just four years before his life ends when he turns twenty, and he hopes to recover the spiritual energy of heaven and earth that was sealed away. The action fantasy runs twelve episodes.
