Éclair is a lonely girl wandering under a harsh desert sun, loyally guarding a relic called the Phoenix Stone that was placed in her care. Though she dislikes magic, the Stone's power brings a plush toy she made herself to life. She names her new companion Momon, and the two set out across Fiore with the Stone leading the way. The fantasy special shows one day in her life as a lead-in to the film Houou no Miko.
