A man who surfaces only once every 700 years returns to find the world worn down to rust, gray and monochrome. The town around him, once thriving, now lies in ruins. There he happens to cross paths with a prostitute, and a smoldering, drifting passion begins to rise between them. So opens the tale of Tairosu Tomah, told in a single supernatural OVA episode.
