Two kids in homemade capes protecting their quiet town with machines they built themselves. There is no world-ending threat, no rival organization, no reason this needs to be more than what it is. Youji and Kei, a boy and a girl, live with their foster parent Anna in a town set in the near future. Behind their ordinary appearance they keep a secret even Anna does not know: they are the town's caped superhero defenders. Together with Oscar, their robot bear sidekick, they guard local residents using high-tech machines they built themselves. Now a crisis looms over the calm of everyday life, and the young heroes must face whatever menace is behind it in this near-future adventure ONA.
