SYNOPSIS
A lonely ten-year-old girl named Tsubasa has just moved to the snowy reaches of Hokkaido, where she struggles to connect with anyone around her. That changes the night a spacecraft crashes in the nearby forest. Inside, Tsubasa discovers an injured alien pilot and something far worse: a deadly creature that emerges from the wreckage. When the monster attacks, a strange symbiotic organism bonds with her, transforming her into a powerful battle suit called Figure 17. The alien entity then takes human form, becoming Hikaru, Tsubasa's perfect twin sister. What begins as a desperate survival situation quietly transforms into something warmer. With Hikaru by her side, Tsubasa's walls come down. She laughs more, opens up to classmates, and discovers what it means to have someone who truly understands her. But their newfound happiness comes with a price: more alien threats linger in the shadows, and the threat of discovery looms.
