Makoto Takatsuki, a high school student who loves video games, dies in an accident and wakes up in another world alongside his classmates. Unlike them, he gets no cheat-like powers, and his skills and stats are awful, so he settles on becoming a Magic Apprentice. Then Noah, a minor goddess, appears before him and pleads with him to become her first believer, promising blessings in return. He agrees. Makoto isn't overpowered, and Noah is no great deity, but together the weakest boy in his class and his little-known goddess set out to climb to the top in this fantasy adventure.
