SYNOPSIS
Yukiatsu continues his work with the Office of Barbarian Knowledge Enforcement, hunting the Youi that plague Edo's streets. These forgotten gods, born from humanity's collective fears and desires, grow increasingly violent and desperate as their world shrinks. What was once a manageable threat now escalates into something far more dangerous: a coordinated assault from the supernatural realm itself. Yukiatsu's past as a drifter and his denial of his own name become harder to maintain as the line between his old life and his current purpose blurs irreversibly. Each mission pulls him deeper into the mystery of why the Youi are converging on the city now, and what role he's meant to play in the coming conflict. The Inferno arc strips away any remaining distance between Yukiatsu and his destiny, forcing him to confront both the monsters that haunt Edo and the one he's been running from all along: himself. Bleak, violent, and increasingly intimate, these episodes chart the collapse of denial and the price of finally standing your ground.
