The Anglerfish Team shows up to deliver paperwork and walks into a full-scale vegetable war. The Anglerfish Team has a simple task: track down Jane from the Agriculture Department and hand over some Student Council documents. After a horse ride none of them are used to, the five girls reach the Agriculture Department building and find Jane there, gun in hand and seemingly prepared for a fight. She explains that she is busy hunting down the "Arch Villain of the Century." This comedic OVA was bundled with the Blu-ray and DVD release of the third Girls und Panzer das Finale film, offering a lighthearted side story set at Oarai Girls High School.
