Four broken players get pulled into something bigger than solo grinding, and the game stops being about winning. The show builds its heart on the smallest moments: a beginner asking if he belongs, a mercenary learning he doesn't have to fight alone, a wanderer finally finding a crew that sticks. Gunpla battles are the stage, but the real victory is the team figuring out why they were lonely in the first place.

Four isolated players find themselves pulled into something far larger than a game. Two years after the EL-Diver incident, Gunpla Battle Nexus Online, or GBN, has been upgraded with sensory feedback, missions and story events. Hiroto operates as a lone mercenary with a reputation for exceptional skill. Kazami is a boastful drifter who hops from one party to the next. May is a mysterious solo player who battles day and night. Parviz is a shy beginner who longs for team play but has never worked up the nerve. A string of coincidences unites them as the new Build Divers, and they take on a story mission said to hold rich rewards. Along the way they must face their own weaknesses on a journey that may reach beyond GBN itself.
