Bellri and Aida are scouting the zone around Towasanga when they stumble into an unexpected confrontation. Bellri has recognized Aida as his sister, and the two are headed to Towasanga to retake the G-Self. They come under attack from the Capital Army and Mask Squad, with Mask flying his newest mobile suit, the pitch-black CAMS-RX0 Gundam G-Phenex. When Bellri and the G-Self move to stop the G-Phenex from striking the G-Arcane, the new machine unleashes an unusual Newtype power. The single special offers sci-fi mecha action built around this clash.
