Picking up where the first compilation film left off, the Militia completes repairs on the spaceship it dug out of the ground and sets course for the Moon. Its goal is to deal with Gym Ghingham and Agrippa Maintainer, who share rule over the Moonrace with Dianna Soriel. Once there, the political landscape shifts quickly as fresh agreements are struck, building toward a decisive last battle that will settle how the people of Earth and the technologically advanced Moonrace relate to each other. This second compilation movie retells the latter half of the Turn A Gundam series as a mecha drama with science fiction action.
