After a mysterious power outage leaves Tokyo cut off from the world and without government, survivors must defend themselves against mobs. Their protection comes from Links, young people with special powers tied to the power of God, and a Links performance group called Crown wins wide support. Hallelujah and his close friend Akatsuki, who grew up together in an orphanage, awaken as Links and join Crown to help people every day. Tension builds inside the group over the government's plan for a new Parliament building and over how their abilities should be used. This single-episode ONA is the first interactive anime in the Monster Strike franchise: viewers pick one of two choices, and that choice decides how the final ten minutes play out.
