A bumbling angel shows up to fix one kid's bad luck and immediately makes everything worse. The humor lives in that collision: every attempt at divine intervention backfires into something funnier than the original problem. You're watching two disasters try to cancel each other out and somehow create a third one instead.

Every person is given a talent seed from heaven that grows along with them, yet one dull and very unlucky boy, Hideyuki, somehow ended up without one. God sends Ten Ten Kun, a friendly, funny and rather clumsy angel, to Earth with a bag of magic tools to work out which talent Hideyuki should have received and to place the missing seed inside him. With countless possible seeds to sort through, the search will take a long time, and the angel's efforts tend to set off fresh accidents along the way. The result is a lighthearted fantasy comedy running 43 episodes.
