Kotesashi's hands are his entire future, so every touch matters, every injury he fixes is one step closer to medical school. The show doesn't pretend the ecchi is separate from the story, it's baked into the premise: a guy whose entire value comes from being useful to girls who need him, trapped in a hostel where that dynamic plays out every episode. What hits is watching him navigate the line between caretaker and person, between professional distance and the fact that he's sixteen and surrounded by athletes who depend on him in ways that aren't always about their shoulders.
Kotesashi Kouyou has exceptional skill as a masseur and hopes to become a sports doctor, with a scholarship to medical school as his goal. His family is not well off, so when he enters the high school attached to Seiwa University, a school known for elite athletes, he takes a live-in job as the dormitory's manager to cover his expenses. He plays no sport himself, and the dorm turns out to house five talented female athletes: Aroma Kusunoki, Miyuki Hongou, Izumi Sumiyoshi, Chiyo Sayamagaoka and Aoba Kitahara. The girls doubt him at first, but his deep knowledge of the human body lets him sense what is wrong with each of them from a single touch and help them recover. When the chairman offers him a scholarship in return for looking after the girls, Kotesashi commits to keeping them in peak condition, body and mind. The short-form series mixes comedy, romance, sports and ecchi.
