This is the rare harem that actually cares about all of them equally. No girl exists to be filler while the story waits for the "real" pairing to materialize. Each heroine gets genuine comedic timing, real development, and moments where the show remembers she's the entire reason you're watching. Nariyuki is a pushover in glasses, which sounds like a liability until you realize it's exactly what lets four completely different girls orbit the same person without any of them feeling like an afterthought. SYNOPSIS
Nariyuki Yuiga has clawed his way to top academic status through sheer determination, all to secure a scholarship that will save his struggling family. When he finally wins the prestigious VIP nomination, the school hits him with an unexpected condition: he must tutor the two students who outshine him in their respective fields. Rizu Ogata dominates mathematics but can't grasp literature. Fumino Furuhashi commands words and writing but stumbles through equations. What should be a straightforward tutoring arrangement becomes complicated fast. Nariyuki discovers that beneath their academic brilliance, both girls are entirely dependent on their singular talents, socially awkward, and completely unprepared for anything outside their expertise. As he spends time helping each of them break through their mental blocks, something more complicated develops. The comedy emerges from constant misunderstandings, the girls' stubborn personalities clashing with the tutoring process, and the tension between Nariyuki's singular focus on his scholarship and the connections he's unexpectedly building.
