Suguri Kinoshita is a nine-year-old third grader with two passions: animals and making fashion accessories. While out shopping for accessory supplies one day, she notices an odd rock and decides it would look cute on a bracelet. When she reaches down to pick it up, she finds a creature called Kappy, who turns out to be the three-year-old prince of Kapimeshia. The result is a short-format comedy with a fantasy twist.
