SYNOPSIS
Takeshi's entire life has been defined by catastrophic misfortune. Every day brings new disasters, accidents, and humiliations that no amount of caution can prevent. He accepts his cursed existence as inevitable until he crosses paths with Elle, a celestial being who reveals the truth: his own father sealed this fate upon him years ago as a child. Elle offers Takeshi a chance at redemption. He can transfer the curse to someone else and finally live freely. Instead, Takeshi chooses to bear the curse himself to protect an innocent girl from the same suffering. His selfless decision comes with an unexpected consequence. Elle, moved by his sacrifice, abandons her immortal form to become human and move in with him. Her divine duty is to shield him from the worst effects of his curse, though Takeshi finds her constant presence more complicated than comforting. What unfolds is a collision of slapstick comedy, romantic tension, and genuine questions about sacrifice.
