This is a 14th bonus episode tacked onto a DVD release, a victory lap for people who already lived through the series. If you made it this far, you're the exact person who gets why a show about Sega consoles attending school and diving into their own game library works without explanation. One more school festival, one more excuse to weaponize Sega's entire back catalog as comedy. The show never apologizes for assuming you care about games that most people forgot existed, and that confidence is the whole thing.

Dreamcast, Sega Saturn and Mega Drive return to SeHaGaga Academy for a special episode set during the school sports festival. In the original series, the three girls enroll at the academy near Tokyo's Haneda Ootorii station and are handed a graduation assignment by a suspicious teacher that sends them into the world of Sega games. This one-episode comedy OVA was included as a fourteenth episode in the complete DVD set released in Japan in November 2016, giving fans of the series one more outing with the trio.
