It grabs you by the collar for four minutes, does something indefensible, and drops you before you can decide whether to be offended. Hime Arikawa gets rescued from debt collectors and immediately handed a worse deal: serve the student council as their dog and spend high school in a skirt, terms non-negotiable. 18-Kin-san, President Unko and Beru-senpai are less characters than three separate flavors of harassment, and the show knows it, which is exactly why the joke lands or doesn't. The whole run is forty-five minutes, so the people who bounce bounce in one sitting and the people who click rewatch it twice the same night. Hime Arikawa is saddled with a large debt left under his name by his absent parents, and loan sharks keep him on the run. While fleeing in a maid outfit the moneylenders forced on him, he is rescued by the three girls of Shimoshina High School's student council, who pay off everything he owes. Their help has a price. Hime must transfer schools, serve as the council's "dog" and spend the rest of his high school years dressed as a girl. Harassed by the council and faced with his somewhat perverted classmates, he teams up with other crossdressers around the school. The result is a short-format ecchi comedy built around everyday school life.
