SYNOPSIS
Akane, an ordinary high school student, stumbles upon a peculiar rabbit-like creature while walking through the woods near her town. The creature speaks in riddles and seems to exist outside normal time itself. When Akane touches it out of curiosity, she's yanked backward through history, landing in Japan's Edo period with no clear way home. Stranded in an unfamiliar era, Akane must navigate a world of samurai, merchants, and strict social hierarchies while searching for answers about the creature and why it chose her. As she explores this historical landscape, she discovers that her arrival wasn't entirely random. The creature appears sporadically, offering cryptic clues rather than direct help, forcing Akane to uncover the truth through her own investigation. The story blends adventure with quiet moments of discovery as Akane learns to survive in a time far removed from her own. Her journey becomes less about finding a quick way back and more about understanding what the creature wants from her and what secrets the past is hiding.
