Yoshida-kun sets out to promote the TV series of Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san, but his explanations are consistently, aggressively wrong. He garbles what the show is about and never once manages to get Honda-san's name right. Honda-san himself is left shocked and frustrated by the whole mess. This one-episode comedy ONA is a crossover between the Eagle Talon franchise and Honda-san, and it treats its promotional job as a setup for a joke rather than something to earnestly hype.
