Takuma walks into every situation already knowing he's the strongest person in the room, so the show burns its entire premise on watching him casually solve problems that would destroy other isekai protagonists. The girls don't exist to fawn over him in the usual way, they're enslaved to him instead, which flips the power dynamic enough to stay entertaining when it could have been rote. The uncensored version doesn't apologize for what it is, and the character designs are detailed enough that the fanservice actually lands instead of feeling obligatory.

One day a summoning pulls him into another world, where he still looks exactly like his in-game character, Diablo. Two girls, the Pantherian adventurer Rem Galleu and the Elf summoner Shera L. Greenwood, each claim to be his summoner and try to bind him with an Enslavement Ritual. A passive ability of his reverses the spell, so the girls end up enslaved to him instead. Takuma may be the strongest sorcerer around, but he has no social skills at all, so he decides to behave like his game persona. He joins the girls in searching for a way to undo their contract, getting used to life as the fearsome Demon Lord in a comedic fantasy with ecchi elements.
