Kurapika's rage stops being abstract the moment he learns the Spiders are alive. After reuniting with Gon and his friends, Kurapika explains the risks that come with his abilities. He believes the target of his revenge is dead and that his search for his fallen comrades' eyes can finally begin. Soon after, a message tells him that every member of the Spiders is still alive. After much discussion, Kurapika, Gon and the others decide to go after the one Spider whose ability could lead to Kurapika's defeat and death. The eight-episode OVA is an action adventure with fantasy elements, adapted from Yoshihiro Togashi's manga.
