In 2012, an environmental contaminant has devastated humanity and killed every man, so only women remain. With extinction looming, one camp has given up and chosen to live for pleasure, while another still hopes science can turn back their fate. In central Tokyo, among the last places on Earth where people still live, the two sides clash over a concealed sample of ICE, a substance that might rescue the human race. The film is an action and science fiction feature that compiles the earlier OVA release.
