SYNOPSIS
Fourteen-year-old Mimu arrives at Earth's prestigious Starland Festival with starry dreams of becoming an idol like her hero, Yuri, who now leads the entire planet. Getting to her audition proves impossible, though. A series of increasingly ridiculous mishaps keeps derailing her path, each one somehow resolved by the current generation of Excellent Idols who take her under their wing. What should be a straightforward competition transforms into something far stranger when mysterious aliens abduct Mimu and her new friends mid-audition. What begins as a comedy about teenage ambition spirals into a chaotic interdimensional adventure. Mimu finds herself thrown across space alongside the idols she admires, discovering that her journey toward stardom has taken a decidedly cosmic turn.
