Inu x Boku SS gets an unaired special that ships with the seventh Blu-ray and DVD volume of the series. Rather than one story, it collects three short episodes written fresh for the release by Fujiwara Cocoa, the original manga author. Fujiwara also created a new character, Hana-chan, for the occasion. The special mixes comedy, mystery and supernatural elements, in line with its genre labels.
