Jolyne Kujo is thrown into solitary confinement at Green Dolphin Street Prison after a bold rescue attempt, and she keeps fighting to expose the scheme behind Whitesnake, an enemy Stand whose user she has yet to identify. That user is Enrico Pucci, the prison's priest and chaplain, who has ties to a villain from the Joestar family's past, which makes his conflict with Jolyne and her father Jotaro a personal one. Pucci exploits the prison and its inmates to carry out the plan of a dead friend. With help from fellow prisoners such as Ermes Costello and Foo Fighters, Jolyne takes on a string of hostile Stand users, and as Pucci's scheme begins to reach beyond the prison and endanger the wider world, she accepts her family legacy and puts her life on the line to stop him.
