In a distant future, Earth is split in two: the south sits in another dimension, while people in the north can take on beast-like forms. Three greedy Beasts, the ravenous Wan of the Tiger Tribe, playboy Bud Mint of the Bird Tribe and bossy Mei-Mer of the Mermaid Tribe, care far more about treasure than about saving the world. Captured by the Humans, their sworn enemies, they break free with the help of a little girl named Yuni. Her grandfather, Dr. Password, rewards them with the key to the greatest treasure ever known, a thing called Gaia. They have no clue what it is or where it lies, yet they refuse to let the Humans claim it first, even as Uranus's minions chase them and they struggle not to kill each other along the way. This seven-episode OVA blends comedy, fantasy adventure and mecha action.
