Young Isamu is heading home from a trip at sea when he meets Angel, a beautiful girl who lives beneath the ocean, on a volcanic island. A fiery dragon attacks them, and the two get away aboard an observation boat called the See Through. Angel then invites Isamu to visit Atlas, her kingdom under the sea. The 1970 film is a fantasy adventure that carries a boy from the surface toward an undersea realm.
