SYNOPSIS
Kukuru has spent her entire life at Gama Gama, a small aquarium in Okinawa that feels more like home than home itself. When Fuuka arrives in town, a burnt-out former idol running from Tokyo's spotlight, the two form an unlikely bond over their shared love for the creatures in the tanks. Together they tend to exhibits, clean filters, and lose themselves in the rhythm of the aquarium's quiet routine. But the facility is dying, attendance dropping every month, and closure looms at the end of summer. As the countdown begins, Kukuru and Fuuka confront what it means to fight for something you love when the world keeps telling you to move on. The ocean reflects their struggles, the aquarium becomes a refuge, and the question of what comes next grows heavier with each passing day.
