In the near future, humanity has finished building an orbital elevator and has started seriously developing the outer planets. A mysterious alien enemy called Obliquus turns its attention to the solar system, and humanity goes to war with the first extraterrestrials it has ever met. The enemy's technology far outstrips anything humanity has, so the Khronos Foundation gathers the descendants of heroes from many nations, among them Miyamoto Musashi, Sakamoto Ryoma, Napoleon and Joan of Arc. The foundation merges these descendants with battle suits called Gear, turning them into special biological weapons known as Khronos Gear. The result is a single-episode sci-fi action OVA.
