A naked superheroine in a red mask beating down fascist teachers with martial arts is the entire joke, delivered with such committed absurdity that the satire actually lands. The 1991 OVA leans harder into institutional mockery than Nagai's original manga ever did, turning a torture academy into a target so ridiculous that nothing feels off-limits. It's aggressively stupid in a way that requires actual comedic timing to work, and this thing has it.

At one academy, education has sunk into total depravity: hall monitors carry weapons, teachers hide their identities behind masks, and detention means a torture chamber under the gym. One sweet schoolgirl has been voted "Least Likely to Survive" by her class, and her odds look grim. Then Kekko Kamen arrives, a heroine dressed in a red mask, red boots and nothing else. Armed with nunchaku, she protects innocent students and punishes the swine who run the school. Nobody knows who she really is. The result is a four-episode comedy OVA packed with shameless ecchi fanservice.
