Arcana, a friend of Keroppi who is practicing magic, comes to visit. Keroppi's friends are amazed by what Arcana can do, but that night the birthday present meant for Kerorinu goes missing. Behind the trouble is a trio of bad frogs who followed Arcana and made off with a pile of presents, and Arcana resolves to face them using only his own strength.
