This is a magical girl parody that knows the exact beat where the joke lands and gets out before it overstays. Three girls in fuzzy costumes saving a city that doesn't need saving hits different when the punchline is how seriously everyone treats the absurdity. It's too short to bore you and too weird to forget.

Azuki Edomae, Mutsumi Mutsuki and Serika Shihodo are three lively girls who slip into kigurumi, the cosplay outfits that make the wearer resemble an oversized plush doll, and instantly turn into the superheroines Kigurumikku-Swan, Kigurumikku-Falcon and Kigurumikku-Swallow. Together they guard Minamachi City and keep peace in the town. The three-episode OVA is a comedic send-up of magical girl stories that blends action with ecchi humor. It is presented as a highlight reel of the best episodes from a television series that never actually existed.
