Nobody talks about this one. Three girls chase idol stardom in a single OVA, and the show burns through their entire arc, the auditions, the rejection, the brutal arithmetic of how many bodies want one spot, without stopping to make you comfortable. It costs something to watch this compressed. You get the weight of their dream, not the fantasy version.

Three girls hope to become pop idols, but the climb to the top turns out to be a hard one. This single OVA mixes comedy, drama and music, and adapts a manga that ran in Comic Burger. Its release stood out for a promotional tie-in in which the three lead voice actresses performed on stage themselves, an early try at multimedia marketing.
